Your motor should kick your arse for going back to conventional....:scary:

it is more expensive

but it is better for your motor

and makes you faster

and yes, you can change as much as you want, regular to synthetic

i've known for a long time to never do that in any engine, but why exactly?

for one you can not get all of the oil out of the engine completely. When the 2 oils are mixed they turn to sludge. It is not good for any engine to keep switching oils. The dumbass that said you can keep switching back and forth is probably 13 years old and doesn't know any different:ermm: .

over 90% of non synthetic oils now are semi synthetic and shouldnt have much if any effect being switched the only time it makes a big difference from what i've been told is if you break in with sythetic your rings set different, and this can cause you to burn oil when your running, but no biggie, i have switched to mobil red cap and back to regular generic and have had no effect or any noticable power change or problems at all, mind you i'm strait trail riding so dont know of any power diff on a track or anything like that.

before 03 i think if you mixed no synthetic and normal it would turn it to a thinker sludge that ended up burning the oil really fast but with in the last few years just about everything on the market has been made semi synthetic just to elimiate that.
