honda synthetic oil

i have mobil 1 10w 30 in my 400 now but im wanting to switch to honda oil because i don't like the mobil have any of you guys ever used the honda sae 30 synthetic motor oil and ive heard that your not supose to use regular oil after running sythetic but will it really hurt any thing if i switched to regualr honda lube.

Buy some cheap regular 5w30 oil.. fill it up. Turn it over several times by hand (dont start it for gods sake.. lol). Drain it. That should flush out the synthetic. Then put in the 10w40 oil or 40 weight oil.

Don't use 30 weight. IMHO. It's not nearly heavy enough for an air cooled (hot) motor.
