Quick question on 400EX arms to 300EX

I am thinking about buying some 400EX arms as well as a 400EX shock conversion and 400EX shocks for my 300. My ? is if i buy all that can i use my 300EX's spindles n brakes n stuff or does that need to be for a 400EX too. (I know that this is not a recomended setup, but im reli low on cash and i only ride trails mostly and im gettin tired of two wheelin this thing in the turns)
