handle bar measurment Question

Hoe exactly do you translate the #'s on handle bars so i know wht the hell im buying

Example

Length= 803

Rise= 92

Sweep= 56

[rmw7949]

Thats gotta be metric? If it is, just get a cheap conversion calculator. Or maybe someone on here knows the formula. I forgot what it is.

The numbers are in millimeters

Divide by 25.4 to convert to inches

803 mm = 31.61 in
92 mm = 3.62 in
56 mm = 2.20 in
