Timing chain guides and tensioner

I need both the timing chain guides if not just the one towards the back that are in good shape....dont need to be perfectly new.

Also i need a working cam chain tensioner. Unless someone can tell me how to check and see if mine is working.

All of this needs to be pretty cheap.
