Priarie 700 issues

Just checking to see if anyone has had any of these same problems. On two seperate occasions I have broken front spindle housings. The first one broke off where the tie rod end bolts to it. I hit a stump doing about 10 mph. The second one was yesterday. I grazed a tree and this was the outcome. Bent steering stem, destroyed left spindle housing, ripped both CV boots, possible axle damage, bent tie rod and end, and some really nice purple and green bruises. just wondering if anyone else has had this problem? The castings look really grainy too me, like they have had alot of air pockets in them during the molding process. I ahve a 650 that I raced for two years and nothing like this has ever happened.

nothing like that yet, but i have bent/moved something in the front that caused the wheels to toe out about a 1/2 inch. im still not sure whats bent or broke. tie rods look good and nothing else looks bent. and all it took was a stump about 3 inched round and 2 inches tall at about 10mph. i hope i didn't crack the spindle housing like you did, looks expensive.

I am just amazed at what happened to it. I have hit things on my 650 and sent my big butt sailing through the air. Have never received any damage like this, in fact it still has the factory tie rods and ends on it.
