250ex bore kits

Does any one make a bore kit for the 250ex?

If not is there anyway for a 250ex to beat a 300ex with a pipe?

My friend wants to know.

power up kits, jets, pipe, filter, high comp piston, holes in air box, may keep up with a 300..idk about a bore kit though...k&n makes something like that

i just heard this from my nieghbor so i dont no if its right but hes pretty reliable with this stuff. he said that they can bore it ou to a 310
