anybody broke a spindle yet?

we broke a right spindle yesterday whlie testing some pipes. he was in 1st gear and hit a small log 4" or so. not a hard hit at all. snapped off right were the tie rod end hooks up.
anybody else break 1 yet?

ive never had a problem, ive bent some tie rods, but nothing you cant just bend back, ive seen a few yfz's with that problem but never any R's

i've seen a few of the actual studs snap off the spindal, but never have i seen an actual spindal part snap, interesting

I have seen one snap off when someone hit a concrete culvert in doin about 50-55 mph. This was with aftermarket tie-rods, I think ASR, not sure but they were about twice the size of stock tie-rods. This WAS in a racing situation too, I am not sure why this is there but it is.

i crashed going 5 gear pinned in a whoop section and i rear end got kick up and me and my quad went end over end. i snapped both spindles, where the tie rod goes.

Yep sure have! while doing a step up 4th gear pinned (it wasn't pretty).

i just call the dealer they are going to cover it under warranty:D
