which is the best a-arms for XC 400ex

i am in the process of ordering a-arms for my 400ex and was wondering wat length most of you xc guys is runnin.. i was thinkin +1 wide,+1 forward with elkas?

houser makes a +.5 that would be good for xc.

go with long travel arms ans shocks.

The Houser +.5 are for the 450s. On the 400ex the best setup is +1 LT arms, don't need +1 forward, with LT shocks, and 4+1 wheels.

Here's mine, Arens LT +1 arms with Elka Quadrates, and Douglas Shamrock 4+1 wheels...

Stock are the best a-arms for me. I hit enough trees that I've broken quite a few a-arms and they are readily available and cheap.
