what are the best brake pads for a resonabl price for the rear of a 400ex. i ride alot of trails and encouter a decent amont of water

the steel at the end of the pad holds up mint for me.

Moose XCR competion....they held up great so far and have been put thru the worst.....got some ebc severe duty pads as well but havent tried them yet

EBC MX-4 pro series, omfg, best brake pads i have ever used in my life, they are incredible :macho

are these good pads i know they are ebc but will they hold up for mud and water pretty good
will they be almost equal to stock

I have yet to find a pad that holds up as long as stock, but maybe someone else has. I like ebc, I am running emgo right now and they are holding up.

i just got some ebc "R" series pads (sintered series) for my 400ex, havnt installed them yet... the honda place up here said that these pads were like the replacement pads after the stock ones.. just like stock in every way-i was told this so dont quote me on that. they cost me 26$
