Any one know any mx tracks in the tri state area (CT,NY,NJ,PA) that are open for practice during the week or on saturdays?

Rausch Creek, atco is open on tuesday and friday nights. There may be more tracks in PA, but I think all of them only allow dirtbikes.

In PA there's also Wolf's Moto, which is decent track. D5 I believe, they have a website www.wolfsmoto.com I think

you can see it right off the turn pike, but you better get directions cause it'd be tough to find if you didn't know what roads to take in that little town!

Breezewood proving grounds is one I also know of, somewhere around the breezewood exit off the pike. Never been there tho.

And I THINK there is one called Irish Valley MX, it's kinda in the same area as Rausch, NE PA, I should look up more info on that one...it's relatively new...
