I'd be making a guard or something for that raditor asap, right in the line of roost :scary:

so how does she work? I dont remember seeing any action pics. you did a really awesome job on it, you should get into making more custom frames.

i went to rausch creek today and i was only there for 20 min when my chain broke, next time i go to rausch ill get some action pics

well i defintely think that your frame will hit before you bottom out but that thing is SICK you should patent that suspesion setup with the clamp and such but i would get another clamp on top and below the clamp on there now just in case

CR250 Engine (not counterbalanced) is there alot of vibration? :)

what's up with the toe and camber?? they both look way off to me. and the way the top aarm mounts to the spindles looks a little wierd as well. do you have much testing on this stuff?

everything is rubber mounted on the motor, so you feel no vibration, i have been at rausch creek 6 times and nothings broken on the front or rear suspension, but i took that pic before i set up toe and camber, the aluminum sliders clamp to the tubing very good and havent moved yet
