dimensions needed

I just bought some 400ex shocks for my kids 300, I snapped hers off at the lower mounts :D
Anyhow, could someone tell me the dimensions for the shock mount conversion bracket? I have seen em on ebay, and searched here, but I cannot find the measurements....anyone???? Thanks, Dave
