2 Oil Coolers?

I recently won an Ebay auction for a new oil tank, but it is also coming with an oil cooler. I do not need a new oil cooler, but I am wondering if I could make 2 of them work. If so, how?

If anyone has picture and a set of instructions on how to do this, that would be sooo helpful.

And, would this help the cooling a lot?
