does anyone know if hmf sells a quiet core separately, and if they do, where can i find one?

Yea they do...you can call up hmf directly or get it online at highlifter.com

I also need one because I picked up a carbon fiber bill ballance pipe off e-bay and It didnt come with the quiet core.

It dosen't do anyting but make it a little more quiet.

It makes the pipe 96db. That is about a 5db (4-6) drop from the open hmf with spark arrestor.
