450R rear suspension

What is the best way to do my rear suspension on a budget for XC? I'm gonna get some Elka comp only fronts.

I'd like to maybe do a +1.25 swingarm, rebuild the rear shock to PEP (Rath) and would I still do a linkage (GT Thunder?). Daryl wasn't positive that GT's linkage would work with a rebuilt stocker.

yeah it will work, i've had laz at gt thunder revalve two rear shocks for their xc link. one elka, one stocker. i had him use a hyperco spring on both of them and they work great. its also really cheap and pretty quick turnaround compaired to buying an aftermarket shock.

is go to gt thunder and have them do the whole thing :macho
