This is one of the 1st '04 450Rs that hit the dealerships. I bought it on January 28th 2004. It's extremely fast to say the least. Currently running on 113 octane race fuel w/ everything to change back over to pump gas.
Here is a list of what it's got:
520cc Nmotion cylinder w/ 101mm 13:1 piston
Completely ported and polished head by Nmotion w/ +1/+2 valves
41mm FCR carb
Complete HRC kit
Sparks foam filter w/ billet ring
-4 Trail Tech flywheel
Dynatek CDI
Boyesen Quickshot
Engine Ice coolant w/ water wetter
Pulse Charger exhaust w/ polished aluminum can. Comes with original black can and another original can that is powder coated red.
Red anodized engine & tranny plugs
Polished stock header heat shield
+2" JD Performance swingarm
RAD axle lock nut
DID Xring chain
AC nerf bars
Elka triple rate SSD(compression and rebound adjustable) shock up front
Elka dual rate SSD(compression and rebound adjustable) rear shock w/ Elka linkage
The shocks lowered the quad about 2". They are set up for XC and 190lb rider.
Extras:
Extra 101mm 12:1 piston (for pump gas w/ brand new rings) and gaskets
More extras available.
It needs absolutely nothing. Plastic is in excellent shape w/ minimal scratches. Everything works and looks new. Rode very little.
