does anyone know if a 400ex mount for a WER can be made to fit on a 250r frame?

WER will sell the mounts by them self. Should be pretty inexpensive.

It should fit, the WER bracket bolts to the top bumper bolts and the bumper from the 250R fits the 400ex, I believe. The only thing I would worry about is the linkage being long enough. I'm not certain on this, but I believe, if not you can buy the mount like K_Fulk says. :p
