carb cleaner !! screwup please help

my good buddie sprayed the carb up with some powerfull carb cleaner from napa ... he screwedd up somthin cause it pops and backfires now ! it dont idle either he changed the carb and it runs fine with that one but he has to fix his own ....
... he already swaped the tps ...that wasnt it .... any other ideas ...thanks in advance !

WELL ....HE FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM

THE DUMB***** HAD SOMTHING UPSIDE DOWN ON THE TOP OF THE CARB ...WHO KNOWS ....ITS FINE NOW THO ...THANKS ANYWAY
