yeah its powdercoat not anything else. it was done by eca, there powdercoat guy does it in 3 layers, it makes it look really nice. can't wait to get my frame(also red) and start puttin on some of my parts. gibson lt a amrs,rpm axle, jb swing arm, elka lt shocks.....
