View Full Version : How is your carbon fiber exhuast holding up????

I spoke with HMF about their carbon fiber pipes. I told him i do aggressive woods riding, and he recomended that i not buy the carbon fiber version of their pipe. Have you guys had any problems like rocks coming up and busting the carbon fiber....or anything like that??? I want the LRD carbon fiber, but if its going to bust after a few rides,,, no thanks.

I do mostly hard trail riding and alot of riding on gravel roads and mine is holding up fine but i have only had it had for about 1 month (3 rides).

carbon should be fine for trail, its what alot of top gncc dirtbike guys use so i think it would be ok

I have been using a GYT-R carbon fiber exhaust for 3 years with woods, tt and mx riding and it still looks like new. I don't see you having a problem at all.I have even rolled it in the winter cold and it still looks perfect.
