Well, to start with, I was talking with works a while back and they recommended just changing the springs on a 450r to make them triple fronts and dual backs to get through the season and then having them rebuilt, they said the spring kit was $200. No big deal, me and my bro wondered what elka had, so he called them. This was Monday, June 27th when he called, they said they didn't have a spring kit like that and they hadn't even started making shocks for the 450r or the yzf450 yet. What the crap, was everyone at lunch and he just talked to the janitor or something?:confused: :huh

What he ment was ELKA does not rebulid any factory shocks any more. They want to sell you ELKA shocks not rebulid others.

I am sure they had a lot rather sell you new shocks, but my bro told me whoever he talked to said they didn't do anything for either of the 450s, I just thought it was weird they even told him that.

ya some people there arent really sure about some things, everytime you call ask for Yan from now on, he knows his stuff, and can probably help you out a lot more then the other people can :macho

I live about 45min away from kansas city, we go down the the dunes in oklahoma a lot, little sahara, pretty fun down there, a little to hot right about now tho
