the xr 70 is only a little bigger than the 50, they have about the same power and are about the same speed. The 50 does have a bigger line of aftermarket part companys and with a set of big bars almost anyone can ride em. Any more questions just ask

50s are alot lighter too which makes them easier to control when jumping, wheelies, etc

sano, fast 50s, bbr all make parts for the crf/xr there the same thing except for fenders and tank

the 70s are quite a bit bigger and more comfortable for an adult but not as fun as a mini, they fit into the same classification as the ttr 90 and drz 110 but the 70 is underpowered in that class

i say get a 50 or get a 70 and put a big bore in or get a drz/klx 110

I have more fun on a xr70 then I do on a 50, I'm about 6'1 they r just way to small for me to ride lol I have long legs and arms so I'm kinda cramped really bad on one, they have more power then a 50 as well imo.

50s take more skill to do **** on but there more expensive too, a 50 with bars and a seat is roomy

I cant argue that it does take skill to ride them, I can see my self hurting my self on one in a heart beat though lol
