Use a degree finder or just a tri-square. Using the degree finder 2-3* negative camber, or a tri-square and measure the distance for the tire to the edge at the top of the sidewall at 1/4"/ side. Toe: Take a measuring tape and measure the middle of the front of the tire compared to the middle of the rear of the tire WITH the quad on the quad with nobody on it (NOT STOOD UP). Adjust until 1/4" Toed-In/ side, so 1/2 smaller measure than your rear mearsurement. Tip: always try and do it on a hard level surface, like concrete flooring.

Thats bad advice I hate to say it. thats not how you adjust the arms. You ALWAYS adjust suspension with the rider on the bike. Use L squares and measure from the outside of the wheels for the toe and its not 1/2. The toe is 0-1/4 on an inch narrower in the front of the tire then the back, it doesnt double because theres 2 sides. Run more then 2-3* for camber, remember its always negative camber. For caster its always postitive, like 4-4.5*.I can elaborate more if youd like in a PM to get you where you need to be.

measure from the center of the tire to the center of the frame. Put your tape halfway up the tire and make sure you have the same distance on both the front and back of the tire to the center of the frame. That's how you know the tire's pointing straight ahead.

Once you get the tires straight, turn the tie rods and measure again from the same points. Keep checking until you have a 1/2" difference between the rear of the tire and the front of the tire. This will give you a 1/4" toe in.

Good luck and take your time. "measure twice, cut once"

No thats wrong. If you 1/2 in difference between back and front of tire then you have 1/2 inch toe in which is to much. There needs to be 1/4 inch difference between the front and back of the tire then you will have 1/4 in toe in.

nope, 1/4" difference between front and rear of tire equals 1/8" toe in. the tire pivots in the center.

It does not double. You read the back at a certain measurement say 52 and 3/4 with a right angle square on each outer lip of each wheel. Now read the front and it should read 52.5" for 1/4 toe in.

Your wrong. I'm not going to go into details but what R3concepts426ex said is correct. You don't say that it's a 1/8 inch both sides, it's a 1/8 inch totall or 1/4 inch.
