Colored lines / hoses

I was wondering where I could buy those colored lines that people put over stuff like their electrical and their spark plug wire?

it's actually called wire looming. And yeah, you can pick it up and just about any auto parts store. But, if you go to www.streetglow.com they have it in about any color you want, even chrome colors.

Yea but that chrome peals and cracks, and pritty much a PITA. I got some red hose covers for my quad from super chevy in mephis, TN. I put it on my front brake lines, throttle cable, spark plug line, wires to the start buttom cluster, and a few other misc parts. I have some pics but there on my computer at the house.

Yea I am definetly going to buy some, they look soo much better than the ugly black wires that are there.

Go to the online store, and search for HottLoomz or ChromeLoomz

just go to any autozone or pep boys type auto parts store and head to the " i wanna rice out my moms old civic " isle and youll find all you want. Heck you might even stumble across some of those stickers that add like 5 hp each :muscle:

Wal-mart had them in there clearence section for like 77 cents at one time.i loaded up on them,they only had blue though......

What does it do just go over the existing wires and stuff... how well does it stay on....

All you do is disconnect your lines and slide the colored tubes over them. But I bet I'll be too lazy to disconnect all my lines, so I'll just slice the tubes then super glue or gorilla glue them onto the lines. :D

they come with a slit down the middle already,mine did.just get matching elec tape or you can even get a dif. color elec tape to make it kinda personelized.

Or you could buy some zip ties.
