Bee Stings.

well about 3 days ago i got stung by a bumble bee on the front of my ankle and then it started to swell. When i got stung by a bee about a year ago nothing happen, and now i guess im alergic. not 2 sure. well i cant ride now because my ankle is to big to fit in my shoes or my boots. it sucks.

When you got stung a year ago the barb probably did not stick and rip out of the bee which is why the toxins didnt pump into you for it to swell.

This time it did... dont have to be alergic for it to swell, it will always swell.

Did you pull out the stinger after he bit you or you just let it stay there pumping all the venom in and falling out on its own? :)

yea my friend alergic to bees and he got stung on his face and he had to get his mom to give hiim some type of shot in his leg to stop the reaction. crazy shyt:devil:

that shot was prolly epinephrin(SP) commonly used to speed the heart rate and for allergies. I have one.

take a cigerette, break it open, wet the tobacco, and rub it on the sting. Its supposed to suck the poison out. I dunno if it'll help since its been 3 days tho.

yea if you were allergic would would have died by now since you would have gone into anaflactic shock, where your throat closes up. not too much fun. since i lifeguard i have kids coming to me all the time getting stung, and many times it is their first time so they are not sure if they are allergic. for those few minutes of waiting to see it very nerve racking.

yeah my dad is deathly alergic to bee's...he got stung like 5 times and he acually died for like 30 seconds...he couldn't breath AT ALL his throat was closed 100% and right when he passed out, his heart stopped beating the ambulance pulled up and they acually brought him back...he now has an epy pen (epinephrin)...we think it all started when my dog got herself into a bee hive and my dad went to get her out and he got stung 30 + times....

ya dude same with my dad one time he got stung and him did not have his shots in the woods cammping and my mom gave him like 2 bottles of benedril

the shots are called an epi pen and me and my dad both have to have them or we pretty much swell up and have to go to the hospital or die. gota have an epi pen if your allergic for sure.

oh god. When I was younger, maby 7 or 8 I got stung in the eye by a wasp or something like that. Lets just say I dont mess with those insects anymore.

yea well my ankle has gone down so now i can finally ride.

I got stung about 1/8in below my eye. it swolled up so I couldent see for like 3 days or so. it sucked.

have you guys ever seen a bee's stinger? the thing pack's a big punch for sumthing so tiny.
