A Arms and shocks

I kinda a newbie and I just got part of a 2001 400ex and it has some aftermarket a arms on it and no shocks. My question is is how can i tell if they are +2's or what. They look to be wider. I belive thay are krypton. Any one know any thing about these? Please help. Also it dosen't have any front shocks, if the a arms are wider what kind of shocks do I need

you can use any type of std. travel shock on them, it dosnt matter if they are +2's.
