I have a 1999 400ex for sale for $4,200.00 The engine was fully redone, it has a 416 bore, new piston, racing cam, carburator rebuild and rejeted profesionally, K&N air filter, Good tires, kill switch, FMF muffler, nerf bars, new handelbars, and much more. Fully adjusted and fine tuned. This ATV is faster than any banshee or raptor, I haven't seen anything faster.
