i think im runnin 14/38 and i have raced 1 race and i need more topend should i get a tooth bigger in back or small in front....jw

go two teether SMALLER in the back. dont go any bigger in the front you risk case slapping when chain pops off.

Smaller rear sprocket = larger front sprocket= more top end

larger rear sprocket=smaller front sprocket=lower top speed, better accel

1 tooth on engine sprocket = 3 teeth on rear axle sprocket
