Bad 400ex power

First off its not broken in and i was in a smallll Azzzz yard but when i was doing circles in the yard not small but like half a yard circles on the little straight i do i got it to 3rd and 4th gear and they seemed to have barley any power.. is it cause i didnt break it in, small yard, and not big straight maybe 28 foot ..
Also if i get a White bros pipe, kandn filter, and jet kit will all the gears have a big noticable power increase.. what else is cheap power mods too thanks

They have power you probably had it in to high if a gear and thats most likely the problem because they have planty of power. when you get to open it up you will find out.

oh, break it in to before hard riding.

yeah to high of a gear, its ok to downshift, if anything your doing more harm being in high gear and going slow, your causing ur NEW engine to work harder to get you moving in a high gear
