I BROKE IN THE 530 TODAY AT MY LOCAL TRACK
NOT BAD FOR FIRST DAY .TIMES ARE ALL MOTOR (NO TURBO)
9 TO 1 COMPRESSION STOCK CARB :D
60 FT 1.6899 SEC
330 FT 4.8753 SEC
1/8 MILE 7.7558 SEC
1/4 MILE 12.715 SEC

i can answer that for Jim, i do not think he has ever been there before. These time slips are from 75/80 drag strip near Mt.Airy MD

Next saturday he's, supposedly, will have the turbo installed to run Maryland International Raceway (MIR) in Budds Creek MD

can't wait to see that thing rip!

he does know that if he runs at cecil it will be the fastest he will run in the whole usa right ? also if he ever runs at cecil shoot me a pm i live like 15 min away

I think that was a typo. I do not believe his 508 has ever made 7 second range in 1/8. Only he can truthfully answer this question

The 508 has gone 7.9 the 502 with noss has gone 7.3 same bike sorry for the confusion I will still put the EX up against any other Ex HE HE HE Truthfully :D :devil: :D

Ahh, 7.3 sec in 1/8 mile on NOS with 502 WOW:eek2:


Kid, for the EX he uses 16,33 gearing and has the power to turn it too!!

:eek2: I didn't think a 16t front would even FIT on there! I would love to see that thing toppped out in 5th! If you have the Dynatek CDI (11,200) in there, with that gearing you should be able to go 123.6mph! That is without wind resistance .. but still bad @$$! Imagine it was ONLY geared for top end!?

Yea, I knew that, it came across the wrong way. I mean it would be cool to see it topped out .. if you ever tried. You see the Raptor with the rocket break the world record for quad top speed? With that turbo and some even taller gearing, you could break that record ...

jim, you will deffinatley want to make a few runs at cecil.

usually late late summer/early fall, sea level, crisp air....ahh the memories:macho

cecil was always good for 3 tenths

so when i bolt my turbo on tomarrow its ready you need low compression for a turbo.

You would crush it with the turbo and geared for ALL top end speed. It will be a lot less than calculated because of wind resistance .. but it can easily be geared high enough to surpass that :macho
