keep the paint from rubbing off rims

I just got some black beadlock front rims. how do i keep the powdercoat fromt getting scratced and rubbing off when i tighten them on my hub

use a socket wrench and be very careful.

no i mean when my lugs get tight they will rub the powdercoat off of them rims right? what should i put behind them to stopp the rubbing

washers wont work i tried them on my rear rims

try some of those felt things they use on batteries to keep them from corroding
