what are these tires like? do they wear fast? are they an aggressive enough tire for casual riding ( fields, jumps, dirt, sand?)

My friend has them on his 400ex. They seem like good tires. He has no complaints.

They aren't as good as holeshots or klaws but they are a decent tire on HARDPACK! Anything wet and they ball up real bad and they're not that great in the sand either. Not a fan. The fronts aren't that bad, but the backs I dont care for.

i had em on my 400 till my friend hit me and totalled my rim. they last forever and i used to ride the road and do burnouts and stuff on em alllll the time. i think they were like 3 years old (but i have to admit my quad was broken for a while during the time i had em) they had good traction and slid well i never had any complaints. i have klaws now and so far i like the shredders better. i think its just because my clutch is dead tho so we'll have to see what i think when i get a new clutch in her.

Same with my brothers 400ex. They are great with dirt, but are terrible in the snow. The fronts are good. The reason they are bad in the snow is because their treads are so close together, the snow fills in the spaces and it's like running slicks. On the dirt though, they are great. They slide great and corner great, and keep you going fast in a strait line great.

if your racing you need to keep the weight of the tire in mind. your motor has to turn them. UNSPRUNG WEIGHT! if your racing you need to learn about it.

Good For hard pack. Not a mud tire THEY DO NOT CLEAN they turn into slicks while going through mud. Do not let you dad make the purchase, he'll get the 6-ply which will lug down your engine. 4-ply is all i need. The front tires are nice. They get good traction on hard pack.
