Do any of you racers out there listen to music when racing? I do maining couse it coms me down and i get in a zone. Just wondering if i was the olny one out there doing it?

i dont race but i listen to music every now and then when i go on long trail rides. It does help but I cant have it too loud or i cant tell when to shift.
