I was planning on putting them on their grab bars. Would i have to drain the gas from the tank? what would i need to do? thanks, oh ya its a 400ex and a blaster.

all you need to do is keep the gas off. A little but will drain out the over flow for the first minute but its bairly anything

I've also found that depending on the amount of fuel in your tank, gas leaks out of the overflow on the gas cap. Happens a lot and usually can leak a good amount of fuel so remember to keep it elevated.

If your hauling sport quads, haul them like Tommy did. I do that all the time b/c I haven't bought a trailer yet. I haul them with my Nissan frontier kingcab. I have to leave the tailgate down and the back tires are near the edge but I have traveled 4 hours one way like this with no problems. I only need 4 rachet straps too!

turn the gas off, run em dry, in other words, when your riding, turn the gas off and keep riding or idling until it dies cuz its not gettin enough gas and flip 'er up

I had to put a plastic bag over the gas tank hole and than put the cap on so gas wouldn't leak out. also turn your gas off;)
