In march I took the bike apart to get everything powdercoated. It ran good when I took the engine off. Now that I have everthing back together it wont start. Any ideas on what I should try first.

It turns over and the compresion is 189psi. I have spark and just installed a new main jet and needle jet. The gas tank was outside the whole time with a 1/8 tank of gas in it and I did not drain it or put fresh gas in it. It looked clean and smelled like gas. Would that make a difference?
check to mack sure that switch on the handler bars isnt off sometimes ill spend an hour tryin to figure out whats wrong and it turns out to be that switch :cuss:
did you get your frame and subframe p-c ed?
i dont think 300exs have subframes :ermm:
oh, well nvm then, i just remeber reading a thread that theres a point where the subframe bolts into the frame where theres a current or connection point and if its p/c ed there current cant run through and your quad wont start. now i may be remebering this completley wrong, but it was something like that:p
My guess is its something eletrical. Pull it apart and clean the connections.
How long was the tank sitting? If it was sitting for more than 6 weeks, I would drain it and get fresh gas.
