Dumb shock cover question

[VT250X]

I know this is probably a dumb question, but I just want to verify this before I buy anything.

I got a used set of Works dual rate shocks from a member here. They are stock length for my 250X and I want to get a set of shock covers. If I order a set of covers made for a 300EX/250X will they fit correctly like they would on the stock shocks?

but whenever you buy aftermarket shocks that arent long travel almost always they will be stock size. but before buying the shock covers measure both the works and stock to see just to be safe.
