about an hour ago, a big propane factory exploded and is still on fire. it was shooting propane tanks all over the place. i think if you turn it on msnbc you can watch it and on cnn but im not sure. dont know if thers any injuries. these guys are sayin that the gases being released arent harmful.

Just caught that on CNN, good thing nobody was hurt. I'd hate to be on the recieving end of one of those propane tanks :eek:

thats awful, ive been in the propane industry for 3.5 years and im npga certified in basic principles and practices, and believe me you dont want to be near an explosion. thats too bad.

I hate that the factory blew up and people are out of a job. Thankfully all the employees got out safely. That thing was incredible blowing up though. Like something out of a movie. Are there any predictions on the cause of the explosion yet?

there were tanks blowing up and shooting like 1/2 a mile away, it was amazing

there was like a 20 year old tapin it and sayin, ''Oh man, look at that chit dude.'' and they were cussin and the news didn't even bleep it out, lol

they had it on the news and the tanks were flyin like 200 yards up and way the hell far out too, it was amazing, explosion after explosion

it went on forever

then they closed highway 40 which is right by they arch and its the bridge crossin the mississippi so they had to detour and that was a mess

my sister had to drive home in it and said it was bad gettin out of there


the fire went on forever so i watched channel 4 about it, lol

Was the plant near one of the bridges by the arch? If so, I think I remember which plant it was.
