why dont you get a aftermarket steering stem that is like +1 or +2. i do not think any company makes higher bars.

Caugh, caugh, they're call CR HI bends. There's plenty of companies that make higher bends.

I've got the CR hi bend T2 fat bar kit and it's quite a bit higher then stock. I'm sure the adapter helps that out but either way you can find higher bars, I guess they're called the double Hi bends now.

You could get the Trail Tech clamp and their CR double high bars. I have the clamp and the regular CR high bars, and they feel great (and I'm 6'3"). They're a little wider, and they feel a little taller than stock, so it feels like you have a lot more room.

I got the hi bends because when I'm up on the quad, the stockers are too low. The higher bars are just more comfortable for me.

Caugh, caugh, I have CR double highs and they are still lower then stock. Your cheapest bet is Rox risers. You can angle the bars more and raise them an inch and a half or so. You cant get much higher then atv bend.

I know this bend wasn't asked for but you can use it for reference. These are tag T2 mini hi bends on my ATC R. I like them a lot, they are 4.5 inches tall I believe and are about 29 inches wide, can't stand wide bars. Remember when going to a fat bar set-up like this (1 1/8 clamping area) you'll need the adapters, they will rise the bars up another .75 inches.

6'3...and I run Factory 909 CR High bends with -2in pro pegs. Best setup I have ever ridden on.

I'm with dynofox, I just switched to Mini High bends and they're reaaal nice how they feel. Same bend Jay Quinlan, Chris Burandt, and a lot of the other hardcore snowmobile riders use.

The TT High bend is pretty high, almost high as stock, they are 4.21" high, width is 31.10" and pullback 2.44". While CR High is 3.74" high, pullback 2.44" and width 31.30"

tag x-5...to me they are just the right height, i dont know if they're any taller or not, also, they seem pretty solid because i broke the stock handlebar comming off a big jump...didnt wreck... and i haven't broken the x-5's on bigger jumps

The Tag T2 CR double high is almost exactly an inch lower than stock bars. (With my +1 stem I am at stock height.)

They just call them double high because they are dirt bike bars and the dirt bike bends are a ton lower than ATV bends.

NacsMXer

^^^ You said it. Many people are mislead by the terms "CR High" and so forth. I can't imagine how low CR Low bends must be on a quad, must be darn close to straight :eek2:

The double highs are only 3mm lower then the mini and you can clearly see how much higher they are then stock in NacsMXer's picture.

They arn't, I actully thought they where a bit lower,

Im running tag T-2 atv hi-bend, And im running factory 909 fatbar clamps which also rases your bars up between 1/2, and 3/4"s.

they work great for me ill get a pic, but iono how well it will show them.

Trust me, I know what I am talking about and have the bars. They are an inch lower and an inch forward from the stock bars.

If you have a Rockymountain ATV catalog I am pretty sure that they have a chart in there stating all of the bends of the Tag bars.

alright, different brands have different bends. for instance the 909 cr highs are 129mm high and the tag cr highs are 95mm and the tag cr double highs are 115mm. so i mean you are arguing over something pointless because its not going to help the guy out. why dont you check into some demensions of bars you like and go from there. i would check the stock rise and then add on what you want and look at some of the manufacturers websites and find out the rise for their bars. then buy whichever ones suit you the best. thats how i bought my renthal bars and they are perfect for me.
