idle problem

I have a 05 450r with my mods listed below , it runs great but my only problem is at idle it seems to cut in out , its not a steady idle. I have tried adjusting the idle and i messed with the mixture screw a little and still no luck , it is very annoying so please help me!

how many turns out are you on the fuel screw? you could let the bike sit and idle for a minute or two after it is fully warm and then check the plug.

yeah i do need to check the plug , i forgot all about that , im getting ready to take off for work but i check it out in the morning , thanks for the info

Good news , i had a little time and changed the plug and it runs perfect now , i think it might have got a little fouled out because when i first installed my jet kit it was too rich and i ran it like that for about a week ot two but i went down a main jet to fix that , but everything is fine now. Thanks for the help
