WE ARE THINKING OF PUTTING ON A 6 HOUR RACE IN GREENVILLE TEXAS IN NOVEMBER JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYBODY WOULD BE INTRESTED IN RACING THIS RACE WOULD LIKE SOME FEED BACK ON THIS. I WILL POST MORE INFO IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS ABOUT THE RACE.

where is greenville in reference from dallas or say texarkana. i did the 6 hour in missouri last month. me and my riding partners would be interested in doing another one. the cost was higher than what we were expecting, but we had a good time. we may be going to the 12 hour in october.

Might be something we would be interested in -never have done one and Texas is as close as they get to AZ....as long as it didn't conflict with ITP or WORCS......?

Would it be held at the same location as the 6 hrs in Feb. Caddopoint (I believe)?

Thats the same month as the Baja 1000. Not sure if were gonna do the 1000 or not. If its not conflicting with anything we have going on, I would love to race it.

IT IS NOT AT CADDO IT WILL BE AT A NEW PLACE CALLED MX COMPOUND IN GREENVILLE TX WE WILL TRY TO MAKE IT ON A WEEKEND WHEN THERE ARE NO OTHER RACES SO WE CAN HAVE AS MANY PEOPLE SHOW UP AS POSSIABLE I WILL POST MORE WHEN I GET MORE INFO.

That's a great idea.I know a few teams would show up from the ATVCCS Series. I'm intrested in doing a ironman if it's offered as long as it doesn't interfere with our series.Good luck!!

YOU CAN DO AN IRONMAN IF YOU WANT IM SURE TAYLOR MINK IS GOING TO DO AN IRONMAN HE IS ALSO FROM ATVCCS HE IS HELPING WITH PUTTING THIS EVENT ON WE WERE GOING TO RUN TWO CLASSES OPEN A AND OPEN B BUT IF WE HAVE GUYS OR GIRLS THAT WANT TO DO AN IRONMAN WILL DO THAT ALSO.

i'll deffinetly be up for it clint! like everyone else is saying though...it needs to be on a weekend where it wont interfere with our schedule. Cant wait to seee how fast u are on an MX track..AND to ride your quad of course. lol

JUST WANTED TO GET SOME FEED BACK ON HOW LONG THE TRACK SHOULD BE IF WE SHOULD MAKE IT 3.5 MILES OR 4 TO 5 MILES LONG?

Just a thought...

If you are planning electronic scoring it might not matter but if not, and you have a short track (3 miles or so) you will have a lot of riders coming thru the scoring shute to keep track of. What I mean is lap times would be pretty short so you would have more laps. Most of us (Texas xc racers) are used to tracks of 7 plus miles so I don't think the track length would be a problem whatever it is.

WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO US AN ELECTRONIC SYSTEM WE ARE STILL WORKING OUT THE DETAILS ON THAT. I THINK THE LONGER THE BETTER WE ARE GOING TO DO A LITTLE MX TRACK AND SOME WIDE OPEN SECTIONS AND TRAILS ALL IN THE RACE.
