i got some neons and i was wondering if i ran them off of the rear brake light would that overload something. i have two 8 inch ones. i know people put aftermarket lights on so it cant be a big deal

It's the same voltage all around, the worst it could do is blow a fuse. It should work.

Oh yeah... A 450R doesn't have a battery. Well, It will flash I think. I believe you have to constantly have 12 volts or the lights just go out.They don't even fade down the just blink. Without a battery your power depends on how fast the magneto or stator or whatever is spinning.

why would you want to put neons on a 450

i would try it, it should work but l.e.d lighting is a very very low current draw. honda may only have a 1 amp fuse for it (mind you i haven't seen any fuses on mine ) but if it overloads the tail lamp circuit run it from the headlight wiring before the switch so they can be on w/o the headlights on.
