1991 Polaris starter will not disengage

I have a 91 Polaris 350 4x4 4-wheeler that the starter will not disengage. I have put on a new cylenoid, tapped on the starter and it will not disengage. With the key turned on and the battery hooked it will automatically start without pushing the starter button. Could someone please tell me how to disengage the starter.

Start checking realys and look at the starter button to be sure it tisn't crossed somewhere.
