ok, right where the header and pipe fit together where the clamp goes on it leaks a little bit....why can i do? (besides call HMF) i orderd from parts direct..NEVER AGIAN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER:mad:

like seal it with some high temp somthen?

ya my fmf megamaxx2 does the samething, nothing much u can do. except make sure its real tight, i can barely even feel mine, so its not that big of a deal. How much is it leaking ?

VERY little and i tightend it somemore and now its even smaller...before i tightend it some black **** was shooting out from there. i called Canadian tire and they said i could put some high temp exhaust cement on it....

Pretty much every exhaust system leaks there....

there is a way. its real hack but it works. use a chopped up soda can that fits the collar on the headpipe and doublu up untill it is snug when you put the silencer on/

I use high temp silacone, seems to work for a little while...but justabout anything you do is going to leak a little ways down the road. I would use the high temp stuff, and tighten the piss out of it....if it continues leaking try that soda can idea...seems kinda cheezy though.

or go to your local atv dealer and see if they have some aspestice(dunno how to spell it) that might work to

Thats why I like my full pipe. ;)

Could wrap it with a layer of fiberglass exhaust tape then put the clamp over it and tighten her down.

My HMF full leaked where the header and pipe slip together, I moved the clamp closer to the ends, and tightened it up good. No more leaks for me....

use some high temp silacone or aluminum foil
