What is the best bang for the $ when modding a 90? We're basicaly stock now except for removal of the rev limiter. Suspension has been upgraded.

It depends on what you want to do. You can't go wrong with a pipe from hetrick. If you want to do mx than longer wider arm that do not need long travel shocks.

Looking at engine mods. The suspension is already taken care of. Thanks though!

Biggest bang for the buck, cdi, pipe and clutch kit.

Thanks! It seems like people in the know have all suggested Hetricks. It's not for my kid though! They can already roost me! Both of them just turned 21! God I feel old... Nice job on your little guy's quad!

Another really good site is miniatvs.com. PM raptor720 (John). I just had the jug and head shaved down and the piston machined to increase the compression on my son's Predator. Pushing 180 psi. Really good work and very knowledgeable.

I have also used Hetrick like everyone else has suggested.

WRHracing is another good one.

So many choices...Good luck

by the time my kid is 21 he will have out done me altogether:p

Hetricks supplies most of the quality engine builders with the needed parts, so its a natural to call him first and get his take on things. alot of the small 90's benefit from a pipe and clutch mods and the engine wont need anything until its rebuild time. the polaris 90 is a stout quad as it is.

I would have to agree with Samson. I put a no rev cdi, Hetrick pipe and clutch kit on first. You would not believe the difference. And once again give Hetricks a call . There quads and mods are top notch. Plus there service is second to none in my book. Riches wife Michele knows more about mini's then you could ever think of!
