I wanted to have my stock wheels pc'd black on my 05 450r , how much will it cost and can i send them with the tires still mounted?

rims are $20 each plus return shipping. yes they can be shipped, dis mounted and remounted but thats an additional $8 per rim not too mention the extra shipping.
