my whole garage is covered in about 5 bottles of that stuff. i LOVE the smell of that stuff. i degreased my 300ex engine with it and it worked real good 2 years ago. i ripped my 450 carb off and did a heck of a job.

Simple Green is the shizzle. Most heavy duty cleaners will damage the finish on aluminum if left sit, Simple Green is safe for aluminum. I've been using it for years to clean the entire bike. If you want your engine/carb to come really clean use spray engine degreaser too - pressure wash, and your done!

i never used simple green, just didnt seem to impress me as much as other people, we have a "family dollar" store around here, they sell "greased lightning" its 3bucks for big spray bottle. this stuff melted the bbq grease off the inside of the hood of my grill. anything to do with grease, hense the name it melts right off. if you want to test a cleaner, one of the hardest things to get off is the black aluminum residue on the sides of rv campers, gl wont touch it. :macho

I tried Simple Green and it does work really good but I found that another brand called Slimy Grimy which is alittle more expensive I think (no more than a dollar) but it took the grease stains off the engine and frame alot better then simple green.
