i dont see a battery, so i would say its a 250

well the battery box is off rite now,i just bought this thing for a rebuild project.it was sitting in this ladies front yard for over 2 yrs and it has no-motor and will definately have to go through it completely but i dont know exactly what it is,neither did she.funny side note,she goes "its a fourtrax,look at the seat"lol.i said,"i know ma'am"

its a 300...it has the 300ex race plastic and it looks like it used to have a chain

If it does have a battery box and there is an electric start button then it's a 300EX. Besides that the plastic is for/from a 300EX

Look for mounts on the rear left half of the frame right in front of the grab bar. If there are 2 threaded bolt holes it is a 300ex. Also see if it has a e-start button on the handle bars.

thanks guys,it is a 300ex,i just purchased a rolling chassis and it looks pretty beat-up.can someone send pics of the rear of the frame,looks as though the ladies son that i got it from welded some support on there,by the grab-bar.can someone post pics of the frame up close.the whole frame like in sections.i want to compare this frame and others to get a start on this thing.thanks alot guys......Paul

a whole 20.00 dolla just a rolling chassis,with bill of sale.im still checking on the vin #'s to make sure it isnt stolen.god i hope not!!!! but if it is,i will be returning it to its riteful owner.
