I just rode my 4 wheeler

I just rode my 4 wheeler i got to the tracks and its all flat now, so i went really fast on the tracks and there was a cop then i ran from the cop i was like "**** you" and then i got away then i was riding in the state part and there was a dnr cop and he tried chasing me but i got away and i flipped him off then a helicopter chased me and i got away and i flipped him off and i was like **** you then the cops came and got me and took my quad and gave me a 1500 fine, i told him he could **** off i wasnt doing anything wrong he was an ******* i told him i was gonna take his badge if he didnt give me my bike back what should i do?
