did you look on ebay? that is whee i got the one for my 300ex and i paid under 50 bucks for mine

they arent worth it unless you have a top end cam, porting and other mods to produce power way up in the rpm range. the 250ex is done making power well before the rev limiter kicks in, so theres really no need to rev it that high
